Before eduMEDIA, they struggled in having high website visitor numbers and reached out to eduMEDIA to help increase their website traffic as well as improve their ranking on the search results engine page when it was being searched.

It has been proven that about 80% of people don’t go past the second page of the search results. This is why it is important to make sure that when being searched, the website appears on top. This was accomplished through on-page and off-page search optimization strategies provided by eduMEDIA.

GOALS

The digital marketing goal for Typing.com is to increase the number of website traffic they receive, get their website ranked on the first page of the search results page, and increase the number of students, parents, and teachers that sign up for their typing program.

SUMMARY

Through the use of Google Ad Words and Facebook ads, eduMEDIA was able to exceed the resultsTyping.comwas looking for. In using Google Ad Words, eduMEDIA was able to use specific keywords to target individuals who would be interested in improving their typing skills. By doing so, it increased the number of website visitors that visited Typing.com

Through search engine optimization tactics, Typing.com was and continues to be ranked first on the search results page. This has increased the visibility of their website and therefore providing the opportunity for interested individuals to sign up for their typing program. Having a visible website brings people one step closer to having them sign up for the typing program, working towards the digital marketing goal.

RESULTS

In implementing the different digital marketing tactics provided by eduMEDIA, Typing.com was able to reach their digital marketing goals. Within a span of 4 weeks, Typing.com was the first website to appear on the search results page when users typed in relevant keywords.

Overall, the Typing.com website traffic had increased by 55% due to the use of on-page and off-page search optimization strategies. The number of students, teachers, and parents that have signed up for the typing program also positively increased by 48%. eduMEDIA had specifically targeted teachers through Facebook ads and had generated over 1500 leads from these ads.
